Organise for Change. Amplify Your Impact.
Meaningful change often begins with people working towards a shared purpose. Whether you represent a non-governmental organisation, civic association, community group or advocacy organisation, AfricaChange provides a space to raise important issues, organise responsible campaigns and connect with people who care.
Create an organisation account, establish your identity and use our civic participation tools to support positive change in your community, country and across Africa.
Built for Organisations Creating Change
Create Your Organisation Profile
Give your organisation a recognisable presence with its name, mission, country, description and branding. Help people understand the issues you address and the communities you serve.
Launch and Support Civic Campaigns
Bring public attention to important concerns through petitions and other relevant civic activities. Present clear requests, explain the evidence behind your campaigns and encourage informed public participation.
Build Your Organisation Team
Invite authorised colleagues to collaborate through your organisation workspace. Assign appropriate responsibilities to team members, helping protect account access and maintain accountability.
Take the Next Step Towards Verification
Provide official organisation documents for administrative review. Once approved, your organisation can display a verified status on its public profile. Verification does not endorse every claim or campaign.
Engage Communities Across Africa
Explore petitions, civic discussions, local reports and other participation opportunities relevant to your organisation’s mission and location.
Communicate Progress
Where the corresponding campaigning tools are available, keep supporters informed about important developments, campaign milestones and responses from decision-makers.
Who Can Join?
AfricaChange welcomes organisations working towards lawful, constructive civic and community objectives.
- Non-Governmental Organisations: Raise awareness, advocate for public-interest issues and mobilise communities.
- Community-Based Organisations: Bring neighbourhood concerns, local infrastructure needs and community priorities to public attention.
- Civil Society and Advocacy Groups: Encourage informed participation in governance, human rights, public accountability and social development.
- Campaign and Civic Associations: Coordinate collective action around specific issues and communicate clear objectives to supporters.
Organisations must provide accurate information and comply with applicable laws and AfricaChange’s participation rules.

Verification and Trust
AfricaChange believes organisations should be able to establish credibility without unnecessary barriers. Registration and verification are separate processes: an organisation can create its account before receiving verification approval.
Only organisations that successfully complete the required administrative checks may display AfricaChange’s verified badge. Verification information and supporting documents are handled through protected administrative processes.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is an organisation account different from an individual account?
Yes. An organisation account represents a group or institution and provides access to organisation-specific profile, verification and team-management features.
Do I need to be verified before creating an account?
No. You can register and complete your organisation’s initial profile before submitting a verification application.
Can several people manage one organisation?
Yes. Authorised team members can be invited and assigned roles with different permissions.
Can an organisation sign petitions on behalf of all its members?
No. Petition signatures represent individual supporters. An organisation cannot create bulk signatures on behalf of its members.
Can organisations receive donations?
Payment and fundraising eligibility depend on the available services, supported countries, required verification and applicable conditions. Registering an organisation does not automatically grant fundraising privileges.
