If you cannot sign in, try the password recovery option on the sign-in page. Do not share your password or verification codes with anyone claiming to be support.
Creating and managing petitions
Use the petition dashboard to manage drafts and submitted petitions. Include a clear proposed action, choose the right location and check uploaded evidence before submitting.
Signatures and moderation
Signatures, comments or campaigns may be restricted while authenticity and safety checks take place. Repeatedly submitting identical content may delay review.
Payments and paid resources
If a payment appears incorrect, retain its reference and contact the team. Do not send full card or bank credentials. See Donation & Refund Policy for general guidance.
Report a problem
For a technical problem, tell us the page URL, a brief description of what happened and the approximate time. Avoid including private account or payment information in screenshots.
