What a payment supports

AfricaChange may offer optional donations, sponsored placements, paid ebooks or other paid services when those features are activated. The nature, beneficiary and price of each transaction must be explained at checkout.

Payment processing

Payments may be processed through configured third-party providers. Provider availability, currency, fees and confirmation rules depend on the selected service and location. A browser confirmation alone is not proof of settlement.

Recurring transactions

Where a recurring payment feature is enabled, the schedule, amount, cancellation method and applicable terms should be displayed before the user authorises it.

Refunds and disputes

Refund eligibility depends on the type of payment, applicable consumer law, fulfilment status and payment-provider rules. Do not promise automatic refunds or guaranteed reversals without the relevant transaction terms.

Historical donations

Legacy payment records retained during the AfricaChange migration are evidence for reconciliation only. They do not automatically create new settled donations, balances or refund obligations in the rebuilt payment system.

Request payment assistance

Provide a payment reference, date and description through Contact AfricaChange . Never send full card numbers, PINs or passwords.

Operator review before publication

The operator must confirm supported payment providers, recipient entities, region-specific rights, refund timelines and dispute channels before publishing this policy.
