Nigeria scholars years back enjoyed quality education. Not much of private schools but much dependant on Government schools.

Free education, free meal and a conducive environment for learning were the other of the day where morals were instilled into pupils
Today is a shadow of the past. A class meant to accommodate 12 to 15 pupils now have more than 100 students in a classroom. This enabled an increase in mushroom private schools. The one’s of high standard is quite unaffordable by the poor .
If the Government can ensure more classrooms, more qualified teachers and a conducive environment to learn then the standard of public schools would be revamped back. This would make education affordable for all classes of citizens within the country.
